Canyon Creek First Quarter Sales in 2011 are up 37.5% compared to 2010! The list price is down 13.86% and the sold price is down 13.12%. However don't let this fact fool you. Buyers just elected to purchase smaller square foot properies. The average square foot increased by 5.25% which would follow the rule of thumb; smaller homes sell for a higher price/square foot. The average days on market are up 8.24%. Remember, typically Dec.-Feb. do not enjoy as many buyers as the spring or fall.
