Michael, 

We did not see the amount of growth that was hyped up to be. We were told the infrastructure would not handle all the increased capacity the roads and schools were insufficient and we have seen very little. If they were right I guess it is going to happen between now and Sept. but I still don’t see it. I see very little difference in the area. Go figure polticians!
