Short Sales and NLP

Hi All,

Recently I was asked to speak on the Victor Valley Association of Realtors Short Sale Panel.

Little did I know that I would be using my NLP training to make this happen.

I have learned to mirror and match my clients. I have learned to enter the other persons model of the

world. I have learned to know what my exact outcome is.  All of these are technics I have learned

and applied from my NLP Training.  What was really Fun is that our Moderator Charlotte Voesch

is also nlp trained. She is a By Referral Only Agent. They are trained by Jamie Smart. Jamie is

a second generation trainer from the England.  He joined in with Joe Stumph to create reframes and

nlp flash cards that are used in the By Referral Only System. ( I have also used BRO system)

So when I presented by information, I thought I should step up the game for the agents, lenders and

title people who were there.

So I shared Cathy's nine points that make you powerful in negotiations with Short Sales.

It was really fun.

I trully enjoy nlp and like using it in my real estate career.
