However with all these great parks, where are the public playgrounds? Below is a list of Claremore parks that include playground equipment for the kids!

The modern looking EVOS playground equipment is the only one of this type in the state of Oklahoma. A popular park there seems to always be someone enjoying it.

Walnut Park- The largest of Claremore's city parks at 40 acres, this park was established in 1987 as the Softball complex. Located on Jay Street, there is lots of room for kids to explore, run and play on the playground equipment.

Will Rogers Park - One of the most popular and easily accessible parks. Established in 1954, this beautiful park features updated playground equipment, lots of mature trees, and interesting rock structures. Will Rogers Park is located on Camden Drive just below the Rogers State University.
Claremore Lake Playground
Claremore City Lake- Naturally the largest of the area park facilities at over 1200 acres was established in 1929 and the star of the Claremore area. There are two playground areas with modern equipment and always a little one to enjoy them.

When my family first moved to Claremore, we went on the search for kid friendly playgrounds in the area. There wasn't a list such as this available at the time so I felt the need to provide an easily accessible list for families to locate places to play. Remember as always...What Matters to YOU, Matters to ME!
