Our average days on Market have improved tremendously: 209 last year to only 127  this year

Our average sales price, median sold price and units sold have all increased.  The numbers are in the single digits but this is encouraging.  The dollar volume sold increased almost 21% over Feb. 2010.  We'll have to see what next month numbers look like.
