I just have to comment on something, that really has nothing to do with this blog. Tim you are the essence of a south florida Realtor, kicking it with the hawaiian shirt and Tommy Bahama hat. I can respect the relaxed carefree style to Real estate. I still wear jeans most times and I feel like it disarms the client a bit, because they are expecting hair slicked back, 3 piece suit, money hungry Realtor. We are doing it the right way brother
