1 Trick Pony

Evan has revolutionized the online lead generation techniques throughout New England.  In 2008, Evan brought his training program, Handling Today’s Consumer, to New England and Real Estate Agents throughout Greater Boston have embraced and adopted his techniques ever since.

See for yourself - Testimonials

Handling Today’s Consumer is a complete training program that consists of a 50 page real estate training manual, including phone scripts, techniques to obtain and work listings, exclusive ways to reach out to FSBO’s, and a daily goal tracking system that helps you keep everything in front of you.

During the month of February, there were over 1000 ads posted on Craigslist from agents that have learned and adopted this system from HTC.  Why are there so many ads? …the systems works!  Plain and Simple!

Herein lies the problem

The ads haven’t changed. They are now stale and boring and have created a crowded and boring online classified real estate section.  Even though some have tried to make the ads prettier, some have made the ads images only, and some have tried to make them “catchier.”  This has created OVER-CROWDING and the buyers have learned the techniques of the program and are looking for a more detailed, direct style of ad, which we have created!

So thanks Evan for ruining Craigslist for us all

Well, Well, Well…what about the other 49 pages of the manual you received during your coaching with Evan?

HTC has created a BREADCRUMBS program that is used, along with a custom agentpress WordPress, lead capture website that gives you the perfect landing page for your ads, and 21 topics that you can use immediately to generate new leads instantly.  This is a SEO friendly blogging program set up to help you find leads above and beyond craigslist.  Craigslist is STALE!!!

Real Estate buyers and sellers look beyond Craigslist, and so should you!

There are so many other great techniques to generate leads, obtain sellers and work smarter, not harder, with today’s consumer.  If you are at the point in your real estate career where you need a boost, or a hand, Evan is here.  Don’t have the success; BE the success! Embrace it, with Handling Today’s Consumer Real Estate Coaching Program, provided EXCLUSIVELY by the Russell Team!
