Dave lenders want to talk to the sellers - some of use high pressure scare tactics thnking they'll get more cash out of them. are you handling the MARS rules and regs?   We have strict rules that we must follow here in AZ.  It's kind of crazy.

It was very easy for me to adapt to the MARS disclosures. My disclosures were in compliance with most of the MARS verbage for years before MARS was even conceived. It was very gratifying to our team to know that we were doing the right thing the right way before being told to do so.
