Recently I traded in my HP tablet for an iPad. it is a bit of a learning curve to start over with this new device, but I am learning quickly about the advantages. It is wonderful to be able to throw it in your purse and know that if an offer comes in on one of your properties, you don't have to run home or to the office to print it out, you can just open it, edit it and re-email it again to who ever you need to. And by chance you have to write an offer, again a fairly easy process that takes a few minutes with the right app. ( I used PDF Expert) I simply enter all the info, sign, clients sign and off it goes via email or email to fax anywhere. This makes my job as a Calgary Realtor so much easier when I am on the go with other clients. I always have my mobile office complete with all client files in my purse. I would highly recommend adding an iPad to your high tech gadgets if you have not already. When i started in Calgary real estate almost 15 years ago, we were still driving around getting offers signed. Today technology has streamlined our jobs and made a mush more effective real estate agent.
