I don't know how many of you caught the Karl Fisch piece on You Tube, but it is a good primer when speaking to clients who don't think about how much the world is changing and how we all have to react to new challenges, both in our businesses or plans for the future.

For Realtors, there are always new ways to drive more business and it is only in this type of market where we are all challenged to think more creatively. For example, using the latest cell phone technology to send information via voice, text and pictures to your clients' cell phones while they are sitting in front of your listing, e.g TaggLine (www.taggline.com). This may seem like shameless promotion of TaggLine but the reality is that we need to find new ways to attract the smaller pool of buyers in the market right now.
Two statistics of note:
1.One in 6 home searchers find their home using the yard sign according NAR statistics while only 1 in 20 find it in print media.
2)The median age of a text messager is now 38 years old
Wishing you well.
