Free strategy planning and home buying orientation for Burnsville renters

By
Industry Observer

Like a number of Dakota County communities, Burnsville's housing market is right for first time home buyers.  According to the Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota, there are 377 homes for sale in Burnsville with nearly half of them priced under $150,000.  Given its reputation as a great place to live, work, and play, Burnsville housing is a very attractive option.

If you're a renter, and if you're hoping to make a lifestyle upgrade, take advantage of this offer.  Spend an hour or so learning about the real estate market, and financing options, including help with down payment and closing costs.  Find out what it takes to buy a foreclosure or a short sale, and whether it makes sense to take a chance on a bank owned property.  Learn how you can get a buyer's agent to advocate exclusively on your behalf when you buy a home, and then let the seller pay the bill.  Get step by step instructions on how to fire your landlord.

Call to arrange a convenient time to schedule your complimentary orientation and buying strategy session.  Even if you're a year away from making that lifestyle upgrade, it's not too early to begin planning.  Call me now.

Mike this is a GREAT blog for renters...

however you will need to advertise in apartment buildings to get them to click on your blog.

In many areas, it's cheaper to buy than rent.

If this is so in YOUR area...CROW about it!

Also, you might upgrade your "tags" to be more specific, as well as your headline.

Google picks up those things for the time being.
