Speechless Sunday(Almost)--Even Walt Would Have to DECLUTTER!

Real Estate Agent with Boardman Realty Minnesota License#90858

One Man's Dream Collection by Teri Eckholm REALTOR

Any good real estate agent would have to suggest decluttering and packing the collection before putting a house with a room like this on the market. For the record, this isn't a client...it is just a quick photo we took on vacation of a display in One Man's Dream in Disney's Hollywood Studios in Orlando, FL.

Teri - As difficult as it may be to believe, I don't think I would have said a word to Walt about his clutter. . .It's time to START TO BELIEVE.

Hi Teri,

So very true. It reminded of a listing I took last year (an AR referral) and the woman was an avid collector of Disney & loved Jimmy Stewart, photos and collectibles everywhere. Fortunately she took my coaching and packed them all up. In addition they did everything I asked, we sold the home is less an a week, multiple offers and sold over asking.

I love it when they're completely on point, now she has treasures to enjoy in her new home.

Ha - you got me, before I read where the picture was taken I was thinking - my gosh that's a lot of Disney for one corner of a room.....

I think the Dwarfs had access to his studio after hours. Does look a bit untidy. :)

Bet you are glad that you did not have to suggest decluttering this room. At least this is very interesting clutter.

Life is better when there are flowers to photograph.

Teri, I have seen those homes many times.  Some buyers can see past the clutter and many cannot.

Good afternoon, Teri. Cool collection... and it would be necessary to store it someplace safe if this was a client’s.
