A week ago or so, I launched the getUNoticed daily Show. A daily video for marketing. Where I bring some interpritations of marketing techiques blended with entertainment.
We started off the week talking about Social Media. Tuesday - brought us Facebook with nearly 600 million users it is or should be the 500 lb gorilla in the marketing room of any real estate company not using it or any company not fully utilizing it. Wednesday - pulls us onto Twitter, where even this week one of the founders said that Twitter needs to be more relevant.  So, that is our first job.  I'd be happy just to ditch the spammers.  However, Twitter is my favorite social platform that I engage on the most. > Thursday - I got linked.  Yep, by LinkedIn.  My first real foray into Social Media was less than spectacular, more like craptacular.  I remember inviting 30 or so agents only to have a few or those tell me to never spam them again.  Yeah, they still have no Facebook presence, but I'm really enjoying LinkedIn with groups and Twitter like updates. Friday - Any chance of your message going viral has to start on video, and more importantly on YouTube.  Now, the 2nd largest search engine I use when I want to know how to do something, like how to do some sort of fancy edit on my video or my podcasts.  I've really learned a lot from YouTube. I've heard Google has become the search engine of internet and YouTube has become a search engine when you need to learn something.  I know I did not say that right, but you know what I mean. I would really like your feedback on last week's daily shows.  I hope to do it everyday, I am afraid that I'll run out of ideas at some point, but I will trip over that hurdle when I stumble to it.  Well, at least, I'm running the race. Thanks for posting the videos. I watched a couple of them!  I will try to get to them all.
