Make an "Easy Peach" cake in only two steps!

Real Estate Agent with WJK Realty 0570241

This recipe is the easiest Peach Cake/Cobbler you will ever make. My niece from Australia told me how to do this as it was a staple in her college dorm. Here is a big shout out to my niece Erica, Thank you!!

One box Vanilla Betty Crocker cake mix

Two cans of peach halves in either syrup or juice (Syrup makes for a super sweet cake.                                       Go ahead and call the dentist to schedule your next filling! LOL)

One stick butter

Take one 9x13 Pyrex pan and spray with nonstick spray. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place the Peach halves in the pan, peach pit side up. Then pour the cake mix gently all over the peaches. Then add the peach juice. Then take the stick of butter and slice into small squares and pace all over the top of the mixture. Then bake as directed on the Betty Crocker box. For added deliciousness sprinkle the top with chopped macadamia nuts or shredded coconut and then bake.

In case you want to maximize your sensory delight try adding either a shot of whipped cream on top or with a scoop of your favorite ice cream! Your waistline may hate me, but your taste-buds will love me!

Fair warning I am not a professional baker, I am a Realtor in Austin Texas that simply likes to cook. If your looking for a new home please give me a call. I am happy to assist you to find your dream kitchen!

Eric, If it was any easier, someone else would have to do it for you. I swear it was the easiest thing I have ever made.

Lucas, it is delicious too. Just in time for lunch!

Hey everybody. Thanks for the comments. I am sure if you make this cobbler/cake you will love it. Try it with a shot of whipped cream and scoop of Blue Bell Vanilla ice cream for total decadence!
