Keep in mind that real estate markets are local in nature and there will be micro markets in every town. Alamo experienced a decrease in median value for the first three months of the year in a year over year comparison. This may be attributed to a smaller data sample as well as fewer top end sales. Unit sales are down but average days on market have decreased dramatically.
