Spring has definitely sprung in the Iowa City real estate market. There may be lots of homes on the market, but one thing's for sure, the best homes are being snapped up fast! I know this, because I made a lot of calls this weekend to set up showings to learn that we were too late and the home already had an accepted offer! Buyer's market or not, buyers probably shouldn't spend too long thinking about it if they see something they like and it's in good shape and priced right...
