Even thought the average sales price of single family homes went down, that's great news about the incrase in volume.

Ann, Inventory is moving; days on market are declining; and the average list and sold prices seem to be holding strong. Granted prices have declined a little year over year but overall I’d say the market trend is good.

Ann, your real estate market looks quite healty. Average days on market of 56 this year compared to 172 last year, look great. I hope you'll find many clients to help this year.

P.S. I also prefer a book to hold as opposed to an electronic reader. I am very old fashioned when it comes to reading and enjoy the feel of a real book in my hands.
