Here are a few reasons I found that show how they do it.

Top producers treat real estate as a business.

They plan and are great presenters.

They know how to get people to make a decision. They ask a potential client if they want to do something and make them answer yes or no.

Top producers think big.

Top producers know how to delegate.

Top producers educate their sellers and teach them the importance of pricing a home right.

Top producers identify with their sellers. People identify with people who are like them.

Top producers carry themselves in a confident manner. That makes them a walking billboard for themselves.

Top producers have professional marketing materials. They have visuals and a great presentation and would never just wing it.

Top producers invest in themselves. If they need more advertising, better computer software or a new computer, they get it. They also seek out new ideas and thrive on education.
