By
Real Estate Agent with Exit Triple E Realty

GREAT COUNTRY LIVING.......

This 3 bedroom / 2 full bathrooms situated at the foot of the Smoky Mountains is just what you are looking for.  Nicely landscaped and well kept this home is a great buy.   At any given time you can see a variety of wild life in the area.  Sit on the porch and watch the deer as they play, or watch a flock of turkeys strut their stuff.

This home is situated on 5.60 acres of land along with another home.  You can buy one and seller will subdivide the land or you can buy both and rent the other home out.

I love the Great Smokey Mountains.  I visited there while I was down seeing my bro in Asheville.  It wasalmsot enough to make me move there and simply be a park ranger for the rest of my days
