SRES Designation
I have recently completed another Designation! SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and I am really excited about this one as well. I have some homework and research ahead of me, to get myself updated with the current Social Services Agency's in Calgary (back to my social work roots.) The reality is that sometimes it is not in the best interest of the potential seller to sell... that's where I can really help! As I will always do what is best for the client! I find that this designation, ties really well into my other designations, ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, and the CCS - Certified Condominium Specialist.
