Tammy E. - yes, I have been on a bit of a hiatus.  Trying to get back in the groove over the next couple days.  Turn the kid off the ranch for a few days and you never see him again!  Thanks for the comment on the house, it is truly a special property.

Tammy L. - I love the photo as well, wish I could take credit for them but I had a hired gun on this one.  I have a jaw dropping panoramic that will be presented to the new owner, it just didn't look right in the confines of the blog post so I did not include it.  Hope all is well in GA!
