Hello Everyone! I'm back on ActiveRain after a short hiatus and a move from my previous position as a wholesale mortgage broker...rejoining the ranks as a mortgage banker and a future RainMaker. I look forward to mutually beneficial networking within the AR community and beyond. I have an office in Fresno, Ca, where I serve the greater Central Valley, and have recently moved to Temecula, CA, in hopes of building a new network of contacts to serve my Southern California clients.

I would greatly appreciate any feedback from local real estate agents in SoCal on how they see the market today and for what types of loan programs they are seeing the greatest demand. I'd also like any feedback on good local escrow and title companies for my business referrals.

Thanks for subscribing to my blog! It's not much yet but I'm getting geared up for it in the next week or so. What beaches do you like to go visit? I spent this past weekend at Pacific Beach...it was wonderful! It great to make an acquaintence in Vegas...I have lots of family and friends that live there, always asking if I know a "good agent"...not sure how much of it would be for commercial but I'll definitely keep your info handy!
