Getting it on the MLS Whats the push???

Getting it on the MLS, Whats the push? This was my first thought when I opened it up and saw another new listing with NO photos. In good times five years ago  when inventory was short this may have worked. Today we are drowning in an overstocked inventory.

So back to my question, what is the push to get this right on and not wait a day til you have photos and everything else needed to present this to a buyer. In my opinion you have accomplished nothing except blowing your first impression of this property. I may not remember to go back in a couple days and re look at it. When I open the MLS "hotsheet" first thing in the morning I start trying to figure who I have for that property. When you don't have photo's, you go to the back of the line, possibility for good. Your thoughts?

I agree with you. When I look at the hot sheet I'm drawn to the ones with pictures. Another practice is putting one picture on and then waiting a week to ad any more. That too is frustrating.
