Open House - Dobbs Ferry co-op, Sunday April 10, 2011 1-3pm

Hi Kathleen,

Good luck with your open house. I hope you get some great traffic. Do you use a sign-in sheet for your guests? It is a great way to capture names, phone numbers and EMAIL ADDRESSES!

Gerry - No, Dobbs Ferry is south of the Tappan Zee bridge and north of Yonkers- we're probably about 60 miles away from Hyde Park (HP is beautiful also!)

John - Yes, we do use sign-in sheets but lots of people don't appear to like to provide their name and email/phone and often they make up stuff.   Sigh.  Oh well.   Thanks for writing!

Patricia-  thanks for your note!   There were four visitors (sets of visitors) at this open house, so it was a nice start - although of course, three of them came after I closed the door!

As for Dobbs Ferry, it IS nice!  Right on the Hudson River, with river views from a lot of the town, and a few small streets that make up the main part of town.  It's a very small place but is only 30 minutes from Manhattan!
