Pre-liting inspection - What's the purpose?
Here are a few benefits:
1. There will be no surprises when an offer is presented and the Buyers have an inspection done and come with a list of issues to either be fixed or asking for a price reduction.
2. You can ensure that the major components of the house are in good shape and if not, fix them or have them fixed before putting it on the market.
3. Disclosure an issue which permits the seller to reflect the condition of the house in the listing price.
4. For the buyers, a pre-inspection report will allow the potential buyer to put in an offer with confidence. Of course, its important for the Buyer to have their inspection done.
