"Green" is a big buzzword today and it is gaining traction as an increasing number of energy companies get on the bandwagon to make solar and other alternative, renewable forms of energy more mainstream. Manufacturers of appliances are building appliances that operate more efficiently and save energy and mundane things like weatherstripping, insulation and similar items are starting to become more popular as people try to find ways to save on their energy bill.
To this end, The Wunderli Team and Service 1st Energy Solutions is teaching a class on May 11 at Keller Williams - The Market Place (2230 Corporate Circle, Suite 250, Henderson, NV) from 11:00 - 12:00 (light lunch provided).
You will learn how to:
- Earn your green by helping your clients go green;
- Help your clients dramatically reduce their energy costs;
- Learn about energy-efficient options that will help reduce the HERS score;
- Make your clients' neighbors green with envy - REFERRALS, REFERRALS, REFERRALS.
We will have some samples of photo-voltaic cells and solar thermal panels (for solar water heaters) and you will learn about the Home Energy Rating System and Season Energy Efficient Ratings (SEER) along with ways to reduce or eliminate utility bills freeing up money to help your clients be able to save and invest for retirement (we won't talk about retirement investment options).
You do not have to be a Keller Williams' Realtor to attend this class - all Realtors are welcome.
You must be present to be eligible to win the Home Energy Audit which is a comprehensive audit of the efficiency of all areas of your home with a breakdown of what you can do to save money on your energy costs. You will know your HERS score after this audit is complete.
