The MS Walk 2011 will be held tomorrow, April 10, 2011 at the Bowie Town Center. We have a great group of people ready to walk the 5 mile course in the morning but there is always room for more. The weather is supposed to be beautiful and the walk is even more fun with great company!

The donations have been very slow this year and we are far away from our goal and would appreciate any and all donations possible.

Please consider making a donation or joining our team.

This is an important charity to me as I have carried a diagnosis of this unpredictable disease for almost 4 years. Read more about Why I Walk.

A doctor who makes house calls.

It was a bit chilly but otherwise a great day for a walk. Hundreds of people walked in this location (there were 5 locations across the area). My team didn't raise much money this year but I part of the aim is to draw awareness to the disease which I think we helped to do. As I mentioned, I plan to walk every year that I can. I also hope that if there comes a year when I can no longer walk my family will walk for me. Already looking forward to next year.
