I have a couple of questions, there are some little things about the house and we would like to know what we can do… The refrigerator smells really really bad. What can we do about this?

Since the property has already been sold, the sellers are not responsible for any repairs, but since they did purchase you a Home Warranty, you can use this to fix the problems. The deductible is $55.00 and there is no limit to the amount that the company will cover. We just got your Home Warranty information in the mail the other day and we forwarded it to you at your new address. If you have not yet received it, let me know and I will give you the phone number to call to set up an appointment to have a handyman come out to look at these items.
