I attended the 30th Annual Houston Home & Garden Show held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in downtown Houston this weekend.

I was able to network with some professionals in the construction, remodeling, windows, doors, carpet, insulation, countertop, roofing companies.

The show begins Friday April 8th and will continue through Sunday, April 10th.

There were more than 300 exhibits on display offering plenty of ideas to help spruce up your home.

Admission is $9 for adults and kids under age 14 are free! The parking is $10.

The convention center is located at 1001 Avenida de la Americas.
