I have rented the daycare building to someone who will re-open it and is paying enough rent to cover the note on the whole property. The commercial building on the property is perfect for a contractor, plumber, cabinet maker or someone who needs to purchase the property for the 40x60 shop building and they'll gain the cash flow from the daycare business. The other alternative is, we'll divide the day care property and let the daycare buy that building and sell the 40x60 and garage with the residence next door.
