Will the year be a prosperous one.

With all the the so called "bubble" talk calming down, is it finally going to return to a good market for real estate again?  Now I didnt receive my license until last August but I know things were pretty slow.  After the new year passed the phones started to ring again.  Is this a sign of things to come, or were a select few people just ready to get in the drivers seat again?  My market is central Florida, particularly the Brevard County area and things are definetly picking up.  How is the market elsewhere?  I know Florida is a ways from becoming the Real Estate mecca it once was but it would be nice to see a bright light at the end of the tunnel.  Listings, listings and more listings is what I am looking forward too.  Anybody concur?

Michael,  Congrats on building your business!  Listings are the lifeblood of Our business....having said that, they can also be exxpensive when things are slow....My Clients expect me to be marketing their properties, not just me....   I am sure you are already doing that.  Best Wishes to You!
