Why am I always the last to know???

By
Real Estate Agent with Orange County Castles

Is there anyone else out there that hasn't seen these Single Property Websites for only $10?!?! (or am I really the last to know?!?)

For the past several years, I've been paying almost $100 for a property website for each of my listings... but last week I found www.ePropertySites.com, and they have GREAT property websites for only $10 bucks each! I don't know how long they will be giving this stuff away... but as of today, you get a great property website for $10, then on top of that, they have a bunch of add-ons for it for free... Anyone that does websites for their listings should check it out! :)

But why would you pay $125 a year if you only have 2 or 3 listings??? These are $10 each! That's it! 10 bucks... NOT per month, each! (and they host everything for a year for the 10 bucks!)

I guess if you're a heavy hitter with a lot of listings... the $125 would be good. But for me, I would have to have over 12 listings per year to get the same value.

And with the property websites, so far I've also used (for FREE) their automated feedback system, email blast, unlimited pictures (I put 75 pictures on one listing), and it also allows the homeowner to login and input the feedback requests (which I love when the homeowner wants to do my work for me! :)  There's more stuff there, but I haven't used a lot of it yet.

Another thing that is GREAT... is the Craig's List posting tool. With 2 or 3 clicks, my post is on Craig's list in a great looking HTML layout... and just this past weekend, I had a showing from a Craig's list post which is currently in negotiations. Don't underestimate the power of FREE classifieds! :)

Great blog.  I'm going to look into the $10/listing site-thanks.

I'm a big fan of FREE advertising, even better if its on the Internet.  Too many agents are hung up on the idea that they have to pay (a lot, I might add) to get results.  When you run a free ad all it costs you is a few minutes.

That looks pretty nice Deanna.  Can you provide a link to one of your listings so we can see what the final product looks like?
