I just received an email from Fannie Mae stating they are now offering up to 3.5 in closing cost assistance for HomePath® properties beginning April 11 through June 30, 2011.
Buyers must be owner occupants and the home must close on or before June 30th, 2011.
I know in 2011, they also offered incentive to Realtors to sell these homes, but that incentive has not resurfaced yet.
I look forward to letting my buyers here in Boise, Idaho know about this great new option for them to buy a home and have the seller pay their closing costs!
