In March of 2011 there were 9 homes that closed within the month for Hingham Massachusetts. This is a increase of 4 units, as there were 5 homes that closed in March of 2010.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Hingham for March of 2010 was $732,042

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Hingham for March of 2011 was $610,471

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Hingham for March of 2010 was $684,734

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Hingham for March of 2011 was $583,803

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Hingham in March of 2010 was 150 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Hingham March of 2011 was 176 days.

There are 17 homes under agreement in Hingham Massachusetts in the month of March. The average list price of the homes that went under agreement was $931,294. The average time on the market for these Hingham MA homes was 195 days.

In 2010 there were 217 Single Family Real Estate transactions in Hingham. In 2009 there were 189 Single Family Real Estate transactions.
