Flagstaff short sales--since last week there were 0 more short sale in Flagstaff surrounding areas. This is 1 less new short sale as compared to last week. This search is of short sales put on the market since last Tuesday. It includes single family, townhomes, manufactured homes and condos in the surrounding areas of Flagstaff. It might seem like this number is going down, but we haven't seen the massive numbers here as in other areas of the country. The average asking price last week was $275,000, which is up from the weekbefore by about $48K. The average price per square foot was $141.03, which was about the same as the week before.
