Baddest on the Block
When it comes to selling or buying homes in Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo, or Port Hueneme, the one that I want to buy or sell has to be and is going to be the "Baddest on the Block." And I can help you set the stage for this cool respect.
It is going to have "Street Cred" (curb appeal). When you walk or cruise by, it is going to say "Look at me. I can be yours. This is love at first sight. Come on in, I have more for you to see inside."
It is going to be "Sweet." The plants and the landscape are just going to pop with delightful colors inviting you in. We can have good times inside or out.
This home will "Sing" with new paint and polish and welcome you to stay awhile. The lack of clutter will help you envsion your stuff here. This home has been cared for, as you can see.
The windows will "Shine," the doorbell will "Chime," and it'll clean up just fine.

You will not see any broken fencing, windows or screens. All the repairs will be done, so we can relax and enjoy the ambiance.
We can do this, you and I. We can have the Baddest on the Block.
If you are thinking of selling your home in Ventura County and would like a list of easy projects to take care of before it goes on the market, call me for the free brochure. If you are thinking of buying a home in Ventura County, I can help you find the right (baddest) one.
My apologies to those of the hip-hop culture that I may have offended.
Sandi--I need your help selling my mother's house. Problem is that it is located back in PA. I just need a buyer.
Good post.
Cute blog, loved the terms, and good luck on getting that listing that is the "Baddest on the Block"!
Mary, I wish I had a buyer for your Mom's house. If I come across one-- you got it!!
Hi Sharon~ Forgot about the bling- good one!
The baddest is coming, Joan. I can feel it!
Without a single expletive I don't think anyone in the rap community read beyond the first sentence, but for me I was rivited. I am about to list a property we did a lot of staging to get ready. This is the fun part....having a property you enjoy showing and selling.
Larry, lol, I did not think the expletives would go over real well here, so just say it your mind. Good luck on your bad new listing!
Sandi, cute twist on a topic that is written about daily and can be d-r-y and b-o-r-i-n-g but yours is fun and educational at the same time!
Sharon
