Find Your Dream Home on the Coast of South Carolina!

Welcome to the Lowcountry! The Secret is out! With its coastal lifestyle and historic charm, the Lowcountry in South Carolina is the place to live. The area includes The Greater Myrtle Beach South area, Murrells Inlet, Litchfield, Pawleys Island, Georgetown, and some Charleston areas too!

Making an informed decision about real estate can be difficult and time consuming. At The Lowcountry Real Estate Group, we can provide information about making an offer, negotiating prices, financing, mortgage rates, school systems, and even moving.

We look forward to working with you to find that dream home, whether it’s the perfect golf course villa in Pawleys Island, a historic house in Georgetown, a luxury oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach, riverfront homes, new homes for sale, or even investment properties throughout the area.

We know how to market properties in this current economic environment to make sure your home is "IN" the market, not just "ON" the market. Ask us about our home staging, professional photography, home warranties and pre-listing home inspection services that we provide.

Consider the advantages of working with a team such as ourselves; you will receive professional advice from a group of professionals, short sale and foreclosure specialists, internet savvy, full-time agents with years of real estate and investing experience. Feel free to search our website for South Estate and contact us with any and all questions. With Real Estate, we specialize in the Grand Strand Area and the Lowcountry area.

Whether you enjoy the beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, surfing or relaxing in the shade on a swaying hammock, we can show you what living in the Lowcountry is all about.

100% correct Melissa! I begin at Myrtle Beach and go the opposite way you do, north to Ocean Isle Beach NC. The Carolina coast is the place to be and more people realize it every year.
