The heavy rains are finally over, we hope, and we're looking forward to springtime and the start of our busy season in the real estate business.
Inventories of homes for sale have remained relatively low for several months, and we really don't have enough inventory to match the number of buyers interested in making a purchase.
In fact, the homes with the best combination of price, location, and condition are attracting multiple offers.
