Agent Office vs. Top Producer 7i

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty of Brevard

I have Been using Microsoft Outlook to run my business up to this point and have been fine with scheduling tasks an appointments manually.

As my business grows I am looking to make to process more automated by using software that is real estate specific (i. e. agent office or top producer).   I was wondering if there was anyone that has used either or both that could give a comparison.

Hoping to get the biggest bang for my buck, so to speak.

Thanks!

Kevin,

Thanks for the comment.  I  am going to learn more about prospects and that may be a viable alternative.

Just curious, what were you using prior to using prospects?

I had not heard of www.prospects.com before. I am a Real Estate CRM broker, affiliated with many CRM tools, and familiar with many others, and it never ceases to amaze me that there are so many out there. I went through their demo, which by the way was very professionally done, although it doesn't give the opportunity to pause or enlarge the screen to get a better look at it.  I have asked that they contact me so I can test it out. I noted that the domain name has been registered since 1997, but that doesn't really indicate how long they have been around as a working product.

Kevin - as there is no link on your name, are you a member of Active Rain? Are you an agent, or are you affiliated with Prospects.com? It's always nice to know which it is is when someone recommends a product.

By the way, by "Agent Online", I assume you meant "Online Agent", which changed it's name to "Agent Office in 2002.

Hello Kevin,

We are also in the process of switching to Prospects Web from Agent Office - have you tried using it on your palm yet?  When we called their help desk, they had an option dedicated to Palm support - we're wondering if this is a sign of difficulties integrating a palm with the software?
