  • March, 2011: Rancho Bernardo Homes Sold: 38; 22% lower than March, 2010

Rancho Bernardo Condos and Townhomes

  • April, 2011: Rancho Bernardo Condos for Sale: 254 (Active, contingent, and pending)
  • April, 2011: Rancho Bernardo Months of Inventory (Condos): 6.9
  • March, 2011: Rancho Bernardo Median Condo Price: $230,000; 13% lower than March, 2010
  • March, 2011: Rancho Bernardo Condos Sold: 43; 5% higher than March, 2010
