Have you seen this ad on TV? I just saw it and had to get the word out...but does the kit come with a hunky helper? Check out www.buystraps.com. The men who delivered my washer & dryer used them, but it wasn't until I saw the ad that something clicked...Hey, this would be great for staging!

I have these and they work pretty good but your arms do get tired after awhile if you are doing too much with them. My husband and I moved ourselves and moved all of our heavy stuff in our house onto the truck using these and my arms were pretty sore, especially my forarms. You do need two people to use them. If moving a few things around though they are great - Great arm curl workout at the same time!
