There is no place like home when speaking of the Indian Wells Country Club. It is a pure luxury that is unlike any in the surrounding area with breathtaking views, gorgeous golf courses, and a friendly environment that goes unmatched. Country clubs are infamous for the lush greens and challenging courses, and the Indian Wells Country Club certainly does not disappoint. The c
lub offers two elite championship golf courses that are known as the Classic Course and the Cove Course.
The Classic Course was designed by Eddie Sussalla in 1956 and planned by himself and the other founders of the club as well. The course that became the original home to the Bob Hope Classic for more than 40 years offers a challenging par 72 course that stretches out almost 6,500 yards. And with a slop rating of 127, the difficulty level is up there.
Indian Wells Country Club thrives off of variety which brings us to the second course available, the Cove Course. The Cove Course is an 18-hole championship course that is slightly over 6,500 yards with a par 72 and a 121 slope rating. While this course was also designed by Eddie Sussalla, he did receive help from Ted Robinson, Sr.

xquisite with immaculate landscapes, challenging water features, and mesmerizing views of the mountains region the club sits next to. And with views like the ones available at the club, there is no reason not to check into available real estate.
There are homes available on both of the courses offering residents the perfect golf community. All of the homes are spacious, luxurious, and completely customizable thus allowing you to do with it as you choose. Homes range everywhere from 2,500 square feet to well past 5,000 square feet opening the door to a vast price range. You can find homes as low as the $300,000's all the way up to $2 million+.
And if you really would like to customize the home, there are custom lots available in the 
area. This gives you the opportunity to build your home from scratch to get the dream home you have long desired. While the lot sizes do vary, typically there is between a quarter to a half acre available.
Golf is the highlight of any country club, including the Indian Wells Country Club. However, it has also been given the reputation of being the "Fun Club of the Desert," and for obvious reasons. There are golf groups, a golf academy, four private dining areas, and countless events occurring frequently.
With a 70,000 square foot clubhouse, every member has access to one of the top clubhouses to choose from. Just know that the club is not open to anyone as members are chosen extremely carefully. New members are only welcomed by invitation of a current member, but it is possible to gain a spot in the luxurious club by contacting the director.
