Real Estate Appraiser with Appraisal Pros in Texas

ActiveRainers...appraisers are currently pushing a petition to encourage the Feds to clarify new regulations regarding

fair and customary fees. As you may have noticed....appraisal fees to home buyers have risen but actual fees to praisers have declined causing appraisal quality to suffer therefore the homeowner and the real estate industry in general

suffers.

Please support our petition by signing and forwarding this link to your friends and family....the petition is well written and

explains it better than I can...thanks in advance for your support.

I'd like to thank anyone who might have read this blog and signed the appraiser petition. IF you haven't done so yet, there is still time.

Thank you so much! Working together is crucial for getting things accomplished.

That is quite a petition.  I signed it three times under three different email addresses.  iThere are just two problems with this peititon:

1) It does no good to present a lame azz petition to the very group who created the loophole for banks.

2) The largest problem is that this is merely an effort to collect names for the AFL / CIO who backs the appraiser's guild behind the petition.

Regardless, it will fail to go anywhere much like the recent petition of 110,000 name www.hvccpetition.com failed to go anywhere.

I have blogged about how bad HVCC was for the consumer and everyone else that is in the business to assist them.

The sooner we repeal Dodd-Frank the better the this counrty.
