Real Estate Agent with Kirby Smith Realty

The new model park in Georgetown, Tx, Sun City is opening soon.  It will feature many new floorplans to accomodate all the lifestyles of the over 55ers. These one story homes are designed with many new products that are both glamorous and functional.  If you have ever been to a Del Webb Community you will know that the amenities are second to none.  Georgetown's Sun City has 2 state of the art golf courses and one currently under construction. Several restaurants grace the property such as the new restaurant that is being taken over by the popular Wildfire Grill (located in downtown Georgetown). Legacy is the other restaurant which is a bar/hamburgers.  Both of which are fun and poses some good eats.

Pulte has changed alot of their product and are going back to having the benefits of more upgrades and selections to best serve an abundance of different tastes. This is a beautiful community full of trees, hike and bike trails, ponds, water falls, 3 swimming pools, golfing and more. Check it out!!

Welcome to ActiveRain, Betsy! We have a couple of Sun City developments here in the Las Vegas valley. They have very nice floorplans, great amenities, and are quick sellers. I'm sure Georgetown will be the same.

Thanks for your response.  I am enjoying learning all the cool stuff on active rain.  Actually, no...I am a Realtor, not a computer geek.  Type A's have a lot of trouble learning all this.  However, I am committed to learn.  Maybe I will learn to love it.
