I took a trip to New York City’s SOHO district this morning and it took me just 20 minutes to get there! There are two lofts currently on the market in the Temple Lofts, which an adaptive re-use development of the historic Masonic Temple at 8th and Locust in downtown Long Beach. It was built in 1927 in the Greek Revival style and designed by architects Parker O. Wright and Frances H. Gentry who had distinguished careers in the Long Beach.
The re-development was completed in 2004 with lofts units of 1,000 to 3,000 sq. ft. Lofts are exactly what you would envision as loft living in the center of New York City with high ceiling, exposed plumbing, original interior brick walls, high end stainless steel appliances, and no walls separating living spaces. Perfect living for either a singles or couples.
The beauty of Long Beach is that we offer something for everyone. Give us a call if you or someone you know would be interested in this type of unique live style.
