I have finally acquiesced and have joined the 21st century. I got my first copy of Quicken. It's actually sooooo 20th century, but what the heck - 21st sounds better. ;-) Yes, I am one of those people - I've struggled all these years with paper, pencil/pen and calculator. LOL Don't ask . . .
I ordered the brand new Quicken 2011 for Home/Business on Amazon (to save a few bucks) and targeted this afternoon to "set it up." Figured I'd be done in a couple of hours, at the very most. Wrong. Just got off the phone with the bank. Seems as though I have to fill out a form and fax it over and then they will have me set up in about 3 days or so.
Looks like I have to wait several days before I can actually join those who marvel at how quickly their Quicken takes care of all their financials.
All these years I've been postponing this and now I can't wait. I can be such a baby at times. :-/
