I am new to Active Rain...

Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Town & Country Cal BRE# 01275269

Well kind off.. I say this because I was a limited free member.  I have finally made the decision to become a paid subscriber and i see all the benefits that Active Rain has to Offer.

I've placed one of my listings and it is in the top ranking for that city.  I am so excited... I am now motivated to add all my listings this way, Also.

I've been a REALTOR since 1999.

I am here to learn and I am very motivated.

I am a Native Southern Californian and currently live in San Dimas, Ca.  That's in the Los Angeles County.

Thanks and happy to be here.

P.S.  I still need to learn how to add connections.  Need to find my way still

Hi Ruby, Welcome to Active Rain.  I have only been a member for about two months.  You will learn more than you thought, become a better writer, your thoughts will be more free and hopefully your business will benefit as well.  Good luck and again welcome.

Ruby-Welcome! I'm fairly new myself both to real estate and ActiveRain. One story I constantly hear on here is how blogs and posts have led to sales for other Realtors. Sounds worth the effort to me! Best of luck to you.

Thanks Margie, Congratulations to you on your Real Estate business!  I hear the same thing and I get encouraged to blog about my listings and the cities in which they are located.   Yes it sounds worth the effort.  I saw your profile page.  Very impressive.  I really like how you added the links.  Take care!

Hi Ruby.....Try to get to the Active Rain "the Manual". It will introduce you to the founders of AR and help you to navigate your way around.  I have been learning so much about blogging, photography, and just having fun while building a network. I have really learned so much and get overwhelming support, advice and help.  Enjoy! Here, I went to "Search" and got a link to the AR "the Manual".... hope this helps! I think you will have to copy and paste.... it is not linking up! http://activerainmanual.com/

I think the basics to success with AR is consistency. The ones who succeed here seem to be active all the time!
