Kirsten - Now that is the way to take a picture. Not a boring front squared picture of the front like most. Capturing the cloud at this time of the day. Wow.

I sent this to a client, when I saw it on the MLS, but it is a bit out of thier price range. It is nicely done inside and out though. Aren't you in escrow yet??

Ken - Thanks...I use a fabulous photographer (Michael Shor) since my equipment doesn't stand a chance! Thanks for keeping this property in mind!!! I too am stumped at why this hasn't sold - feedback has been pretty consistent - "great home, my buyers just aren't quite ready...or great home, just not what they're looking for" This really is a GREAT price on this home too. The quality of work is beautiful...bedrooms are big - not your typical 10x11! Someone soon will be having fantastic parties with its open kitchen and great room!! :-) Good luck with your buyers though!
