Looks like I need to get you my listing data in Schoolhouse Park.  We just did a presold in there with 1881 sq. ft. and a 3 car garage for only $151,145.  I have 14 more lots to build on and we can start at 1400 sq. ft. and go up.  I even have a 2,966 sq. ft. plan with a 3 car garage for only $199,900.

I have closed homes with over 50 separate builders in Boise, Idaho area and would love to assist!
