Bob Stewart posted in his column here a blog about writing a newspaper column and I followed his advice

I certainly would not have done it without his great how to blog. So far I have received 11 emails from it and am in the process of working with a listing and 2 buyers...WOW

Bob Thank you very much and just throw those 20,000 points in asap because it will put me over 100,000 by monday.

I LOVE THIS PLACE 100,000 points in less than 100 days and 4 buyers I am currently working with due to activerain

Hi Bob-I can Definitely get you tickets-just let me know-but you are right it has been sold out for years. Thanks again for the inspiration and do it yourself cookie cutter mold-you made it so easy and frankly it was only a passing thought until I read your Blog post. It really was as easy--actually easier than you said-mention activerain in an email and I have a few ideas for column-instant credibility-and Carte Blanche on What I want to write about-Never asked for any of my ideas-just said write what I want since I am the local Real Estate Expert-and I am on 2nd page

I have honestly gotten more leads in the last 3 months because of activerain than I did in the last 1 1/2 years without. And none of that calling expireds and FSBO but people from here that know I am an expert because of ActiveRain
